Good for beginners and that too just for one year. I gave rating bases on my working period. Now I think things changed little bit.

contract basis work so dont have any security for workers,and aslo payment of each worker is abou 400-420₹ ,8hr/day but after deduction of contract charges and other like PF ESIC in hand payment will be 350-355 only, OT not available..Mobile not allowed.
