Best part about this organisation is that this is a traditional company and management understands the problem of their employees (if it’s genuine) and support their staff in every possible manner. Very safe place for the women colleagues and 0 tolerance against any poor behaviour. Company has recently started leveraging advance tools and technology which makes it a best place to learn the new things where you see the things from scratch. Management is quite supportive both personally and professionally.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are just decent and increments are very average. I believe that company will surely do something for this part as management is really trying hard to sustain India site business.

Narrow mindset of India management. Manipulation, false narrative created to downgrade knowledgeable People. Favourites with no knowledge are promoted and appraisals done on face value. Now it is Neo Tangent, all the more worse.

Work culture is good . There is lot of oppertunity s for young talent to grow with companies and enhance their skills and can contribute in companies growth as well as growth of your their own.

Dislikes

The only issue is when their is a talk about the promotions ., you have to ensure that the senior managment promote you and can justify your talent in front of other senior mangment so that you could get promotions ,. I believe their should be some kind of employee review system so that the management identify exactly who is eligible for promotions then the management should direct contact to the employee if he is eligible or not and then based on the talk between mangment and employees it should be decided if the one should get promoted or not.
