This is the worst management company ever. No salary on time. They can throw you out of this company anytime. I worked for 7 months and they didn't give me any work. 7 months each day 9 hrs I used to just sit and come home

Salary is decent but getting salary time is completely based on our luck just wait for salary and beg them for salary this is very worest situation at organization

No management, One man has all power. HR policy is for documentation only. No leave policy. Daily New rules. Bills are pending from months.

1st thing that like most about Funfirst is their flexible work timing. Their flexible work timing provide me ease to check-in within my working time if somehow I got to go late. 2nd, their working culture is awesome at the ground location. I have all the liberty upgrade my skills and learn new things. 3rd, learning opportunities. As Funfirst is a continuously growing organisation I got lots of opportunities to learn within my KRA.

Nothing much, but if they can improve the communication bridge between ground employees and the upper management, this will help a lot in grievance redressal
