Funfirst as the name suggests, works on the philosophy of nurturing & building a collaborative, fun environment in anything we do. We are focussed around Technical Skill Development in Electronics, Telecom, Renewable Energy & New Age Skills domain (leveraging our team’s experience in the field of contract manufacturing for 14 years, we used to make CRT & Panel Colour TV, Washing Machines, Refrigerators and AirCons for brands such as LG, Samsung, Sony, Reliance Digital, Future Group etc.). With 2 decades plus years of Industry Experience, keeping “Student/youth" at the core, we design & offer contemporary skills aligned with industry demands to enhance candidates’ employability. Funfirst is affiliated with NSDC (as their funded partner), Electronics & Telecom Sector Skills Council and also associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences for B. Voc. Course in Electronics, Telecom & Renewable Energy Domain.
As a group, we have impacted lives of almost 100K youths & 10K students over last 10 years. In addition, we are a TPA with around 5500 live contracts. Recently we have been selected as a Placement, Higher Education Partner & TITP Sending Organisation with NSDC.

Mission: By 2027, improve the lives of 400,000 youth (including Girls & PWD) by providing skills that empower them to earn better, take pride in their work thereby helping our nation leverage its demographic dividend.
Vision: Impart relevant technical skilling to enable youth to get a sustainable livelihood and decent work, thereby reducing inequality within and among countries.
