Mostly everyone works here for sake of getting the investment banking tag only

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, zero respect of management towards their employees, force employees to give 5 star ratings in every public domain. Daily targets of getting at least 5 meeting with investors and making 200 calls. Majorly work is related to calling and investor tracker update. Zero learning in terms of main investment banking work. Attrition rate is very very high, guys thing twice before joining the firm.

The endless learning opportunity for IB Aspirants.However its a fast paced environment so not everyone can cop with it. Overall good experience working here as you grow professionally and get ready for the Corporates/

As i said, fast paced environment so there are tight deadlines and multiple stakeholder management

Nothing. The people here are absolutely rubbish and they only know how to manipulate others. Instead of acting like advisors they act like call center salespeople just asking employees to make random calls.

Dislikes

Zero guidance. No job security. Too much politics and favourism. The top management is as good as absent. All they know is to make random calls and ask employees to do something which they have never been taught to do.

Promotion and appraisals are quick because of high attrition rate.

Dislikes

1. They will have you sign form 102 and form 103 on the very 1st day (1st half) of joining so that you can't abscond after seeing their work culture 2. They don't give transfer 3. Top management is illiterate and attrition rate is very high 4. They force you to make fake reviews on google maps, ambition box and glassdoor 5. They will give you targets for daily calling and made you feel as you are working on customer support
