Office located near to Metro Station and Bus stop. Commute is easy.

Dislikes

Salary is very low and there is no pay parity. Appraisals are brutal and hikes are very less if you are a low level employee. Targets are intentionally designed to be non-achievable and even if achieved incentives are very less. Work culture is very bad as old timers are not at all open to juniors and new comers. You are required to do unpaid OT if targets are not achieved. Should be in office for more than 9 hours daily

I love working with FundsIndia, my residence is so far from office but still I travel and I love the atmosphere and the collides who work with me are so good. And the CEO N COO are very good understanding persons.

There are lots of politics inside my department. But still I'm fine n I'm there for 4years, few things which I can't able to see n what ever will happen inside my department that my higher authorities was not aware. My reportee is one kind of person that if he started liking one person then he will listen only her words N he will promote only that persons. N he will never understand other employees problem n he will never look at to employees who's suffering. And there are few more things where I can't reveal openly. Generally new employees who joins in our department, they will apscound or they will resign within 3 to 5 months because of reportees behavior. That's what I dislike in FundsIndia n it made me to Resign. There should be very strict action against Onboarding heads. In same organization there are other teams, they have very good coordination among them.

Very useful to learn something about brokerage company. I am very happy to work in operations team because of learn something new on daily basis. Before joined in WIFS i don't know anything except non financial jobs, After joined in operations team i learned many things in mutual fund field.
