Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. From the beginning of the April month they have stopped paying me, as they say they are also into some issues(which I don't think so), and they have asked me to work entire april month (which I did being at home) even after that I was not paid, and whenever i ask for salary they have one or the other reason to escape which brought me some economical issues. This is how hard it is going with my company.
