Likes

People driven organisation. Policies are very strong but no one follow. They don't trust honest people when they raised concerns about miss-appropriation of funds by senior authorities.

Dislikes

They ignore misuse of funds by country management. They always target honest and hardworking staff. They misuse their power. They don't have capacity to generate funds but they do Lavish spending on children funds contributed by sponsor in Spain.
