Toxic work environment , no career growth

They hire and fire people, they never retrain employees, they have the most poorest working condition , no appraisal if asked they'll fire people . The pressure is high . They hire people for as one job role and make them to other job and not what their job descriptions. They hire faculty and give them no classes and make them SME for making their books . Their is no streamline once the project is completed the guidelines are changed suddenly .

MD and Directors so rude they will be there all day on your head and expect overtime 1.5 hour to 02 hour on daily basis. At the end of the day if you go there to tell them that you are leaving for home they will behave like “Haa ham to insaan h hi nhi game to ghar jaana hi ni h” but they don’t understand that apart from my job I’m having other responsibilities also. They want us to be there till the time they are in office doesn’t matter if you came on 09:30 and leaving on 06:30 They’ll ask you to work on Sunday also which is week off

I enjoyed working here due to my own thought of process otherwise nothing to like in this company. They pay and they think just bought employees and they start humiliate and discourage. They will threat you to terminate and much more.

This place is amazingly toxic they uses camera with voice they listen every employee which is I think against privacy.

Never join this firm no security of your job and even fake commitment will be there by CEO of the company and even he can play with your career too so please don’t join such organization
