- no satisfactory increment - 3rd class upper management, some marketing people will treat you like a slave - some old design manager still living in 90's and give you 2000rs increment - better increment if you belong to same caste as that of your manager.

Perfect family for an employee. Work culture is awsme here you can introduced yur innovative ideas with creativity towards work which are welcome and implented by managment.

Well for dislike it depends person own attitude how he understands the situation in positive or negative way.

As the company is MNC so the job security is very less chances of merger with other traditional pharmaceutical companies are more.
