Overall score not good. Company culture इस very bad. 16hrs work in everyday since morning late night 11:30 PM. No leave and no bonus. Work load is too high that a person can suside by stress/pressure. All day working

After becoming the employee In Fullerton india credit company i had started learning more things that before the becoming employee in Fullerton I don't the basic things about employment and finances here in this company have good policy structure and customer services consider with other companies or organisations...

The only thing that i am not happy with my basic salary i am working from the two years in this company but still my basic ctc was tooo low that the only thing that i am not comfortable

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is below decent & career growth is slow. Even during lockdown we worked from home using our personal computer and internet they didn't even give compensation instead reduced our appraisal bonus as 60% and increment as only 6%
