There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is below decent & career growth is slow. Even during lockdown we worked from home using our personal computer and internet they didn't even give compensation instead reduced our appraisal bonus as 60% and increment as only 6%

Nice company.work condition is good. Get good insentive. Hear work and family can manage easily time manage.

...policy. Company hold the old staff. they can't support new join . No pramotions. They not pay TA DA expenses properly.
