I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.

One thing is better that salary will credit on last day of month and everythings are bad for every staff. Work load is too high that a person can suiside.

Overall score not good. Company culture इस very bad. 16hrs work in everyday since morning late night 11:30 PM. No leave and no bonus. Work load is too high that a person can suside by stress/pressure. All day working

Nameet team Leder of retention process is very bad in behaviour. He Dont have sense of talking. And even don't give importance to the advisors family problems even if in critical situation
