Don't have to address anybody with salutations, salary comes on time. A laptop is given and all requirements are considered.

Poor Work life balance, Management is happy when working overtime, frowns when leaves are asked for. No direction, feedback less management.

Overall company culture is good, people is amazing here. You can learn and contribute as much as you can noone going to stop you.

But in terms of salary and benefits it's not good. Quite low would say as it is a product based company it should give more actually their expectations from employees is too high but salary is toooo low!

Everything. One of the best companies ever I have worked for. Starting from Typing Excercise, English Communication Enhancement, Job-related Training, Technical Hackathons, Perfect Salary Package, On-site, Agile Coaching, etc Everything is well-thoughtful. Michael and Kevin are great personalities. And I wish they should be always.

Politics of a few leaders/teammates. But, Overall an Organization is great.

I don't remember what is good at then end of my tenure with FULL. Organisation put me through emotional toucher.

I don't know where to start. From my initial days training was managed by James, American he helped with fundamentals however he was not very helpful with many skill which I needed in my real day to day work. James was so out of the loop with rest of Engineering leaders, after the 3 months training I have been training again by mentor from the team where I deployed. - Work is very stressful. Most of the time we have been taken to guilt trip by Kevin another American . - During my interaction with Kevin I have faced lot passive aggression at times I have been abused by quoting my life style and background( I find this is insulting and racial profiling) - People from Business, Marketing team don't have clue what they want. They are good in chasing timelines. - My last few years with the organisation is nightmare. Product strategy mistakes are translated in to bugs and Engineering blamed for that. - There is no Strategic thinking, company founder is piece of _____ , he is just sweet talker and lier. No integrity from both of the Payne brothers. - When team start doubting the ability of management, both Payne brother put a real good show and manipulate the team. Don't get fooled by short term benefits. When you still have chance RUN AWAY and Right away.
