One thing I liked is that there are some people who were cooperative with the work.

Salary was very poor, whereas workload was quite high. Demanded more time than regular office hours. Facilities such as ovens and testing equipments needed to be increased in number.

...verything. My team is awesome, people do respect irrespective of role or native. Good employee engagement program, no micro management and competitive salary. There is a team who focuses on upskilling and gives ample space to grow yourself. Cheers

Nothing much. It depends on team to team, I sometime need to stretch little bit for few work other then that everything is sorted.

My work exeperiance with fulham india pvt ltd is not good. Very unfair things are happened with me. Work culture & management is very bad. Company policies is not beneficial for employee. Too much work load is there. We worked there in covid 19 situation they are not allow to work totaly from home. I dont recomend to anyone for work there.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our any issues. Difficult to work there because seniors are not given any respect. Policies are not benificial for employees. Unfair things are happened with loyal peoples.

Job culture and the descipline is just amazing . The facilities which they are provide to the employee is vey much good.

Dislikes

Employee have to do work on the same platform or same role till the end, which is quite bad. Growth is imp for every educated people.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt lateat technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products.

The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14 hours straight in a day.
