...ement is not good. There is a small cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike and no bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 3 months notice period before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Company has first good policy of having no variables like other companies, they just cut PF, Mediclaim and education cess which is standard deduction. Work life balance is most of the project is good unless you work on critical project then end up giving your life like working for 14-15 hours a day but depends how you do your time management. Many CSR activities are getting planned, many inhouse activities gets planned for well being of employees. Annual awards event is usually good. People are helpful if they are your colleagues.

Dislikes

...company. So heavy political situation but depends who you get in your hierarchy. Salary increase rate is very average. Every year between 4-6% or they match upto 100,000/- per person no matter how much % you get.

The work culture is good. We get lot new technologies to learn. The hybrid shift and project wise and their work hours pay out is great.

Dislikes

The salary was low, but also the work load was less depending upon the project.

Company's package structure is excellent, in hand salary is better than most companies for similar CTC of other companies.

Dislikes

Experience at Fujitsu depends on the project you get into. Could be make or break. Did not like their work culture

1. For learning and development, they would conduct some training sessions and give learning platforms like udemy and linkedin learning. 2. Got a friendly employee manager and able to complete some certifications. 3. Friendly colleagues. There are some good project and SDM available in this organization but what I received is in dislikes

...test update of technology in same technology which I was expert 2 years back. 8. Salary hike will be like high salaried employees will get low percentage and low salaried with some better percentage. 9. 90 days notice period. On the whole, its all based on my and most of my colleagues experience and some might have got better experience.
