Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No work pressure. Nice Infrastructure, Friendly management, one can switch from non tech project to tech projects very easily via IJP policy without any difficulties. Lot of learnings opportunity .

Dislikes

Low productivity and lack of appreciation/recognition. We cannot examine the project task -means we cannot do any additional research on the task or tickets. Have to follow the client model and procedure cannot able to submit automation or they won't respect the ground level employee ideas.

Fujitsu Global has nothing in Fujitsu India as such. All the employees of India are under Indian management which is worst compared to any Indian IT companies.

Dislikes

Third class HR controlling business domain and forcing businesses to reduce high salaries staff as per their wish not taking cognisance of business
