... such an MNC, i had learned a lot in technical and managerial skills from there. Supporting management was one of the main iconic feature , and no worries on pay and perks.

Dislikes

Fujita India had good team from the south India but the North Indian management especially Mr. Brijesh Trivedi & Mr. Arun Mishra are utter waste fellows and destroying the company reputation and quality of work. Except these two stupids the team is well & worth.

The working culture is challenging. Despite being selected as a CAD Engineer for site work following an interview with the design team, thew actual task upon joining were different. Communication between site team and design team is lacking, leading to conflicting expectations and insufficient support. Additionally, the site manager's demeanor is consistently abrasive, which impacts morale and productivity.

It's a japanese company so it is good to show off to others that you are working or have worked in Japanese company. Nothing find to like.

Dislikes

I have worked with other Japanese company but Fujita's managers are not skilled enough, they are superior just because of they are Japanese. Can not communicate in English, it's very hard to describe anything to them or getting them. Japanese never trust on Indian staff. There is nothing like system or management at all. Every Indian staff is just site supervisor; manager, engineer, QS, admin are just supervisors. Just pathetic to work with them.

The company is open to innovation and readily create latest technology. Also my colleagues come from various cultural background. And we worked with confidence also we get good experience.

Iam very very happy working with fujita corporation. Iam getting a good opportunities this company for the abroad tow times one is the Dubai metro rail project Second one Doha metro rail project

Job security way because after end of doha metro project. there is the no more future project in fujita.
