...ployees. Very high level of politics. Management are harassing the employee. Management taking very high salary and very low to all other employees. There are not good travel allowance for sales people.

Efficient management team and human centric approach and excellent team work, FUJIFILM SERICOL is the only ink company having all types of ink segments ( Screen, Packaging, Textile, inkjet) and all inks manufactured in pune, India.

Self being in work continuosly . And our M.D is very supportive and having a very good understanding in between the employees as he is the best person ever I seen. Thank you sir... Mr. Rao sir.

The team between working always not friendly nature but , in every working there is an politics comes and the working employees don't give the other or new persons to go forward .. The environment goes very politically.. This I don't like.. When you see by your eyes then only belive in the things I request Rao sir to please (kisi bhi insan ko nikalane se pehale uske baremai apane eyes aur samane se Dekhai bina faisala nahi karana )

Working culture and environment is very good, Management was very polite and supportive. Employee safety and satisfaction is on top most priority. Company policy are good and job security is with 100%. Huge growth opportunities.

A non capable reporting manager is always dangerous for a front line sales person. My reporting manager was not in a position to understand wat problems I underwent during my tenure in Fujifilm sericol. His mantra for sales is offering less price then existing supplier to customer and zero customer rapport , zero technical knowledge of narrow web is a big minus by him. Actually that person is fit for admin jobs not for the sales job. And management entertaining such people is bad for the company in long run
