Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is vary high. All time, I have to work in 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also magement is vary bed do to lockdown 20 people left his job. Manager was evil, no training given, culture was horrible where employees used to rat each other out to gain points with and keep in their managers good books. Very hierarchical culture where you aren't allowed to question things and keep mum while following manager's orders. No Job descriptions provided for the role, and they make you do anything and everything. My manager found in convenient to cuss and abuse his reportees and team liberally. Daily threats of firing, shouting, abusing were part of the day-to-day routine.
