...y only management decision, after that HR team also not responded my phone call. And I am not received my last month salary for what I have worked.... Very very bad

Everyone are eco friendly and each helps each other, much lovely people around creates good environment.

Dislikes

I feel like it is completely religious based company because of their promotions. Religious is disaster and upper management wont interfere in anything and promotions are given to 3 to 4 months employees who recently joined.

Appraisal not given at time since (1.5years) No body cares for your work , dedication, seriousness about the work. They uses like Use and throw. Taken advantage of COVID-19 for the benifit of company not for the sake of employees. Won't care about employees issues about the company. The leads are not much educated. This could be improved by giving opportunities for the deserved one.

During the covid-19 situation provided us wfh and also updating and providing training sessions to upscale the skills for the new process flow. Management is always helps us whereever help is required. Am happy with the management precautionary steps to keep safe their employees.

My teammates were so helpful,, they taught me more about the work, they give good training about the process, their incentives were awesome...... It was a good experience working in Fugo

I would say that there was nothing dislike about Fugo for me because everything for me was good more than I excepted
