Compensation and yearly growth is good. There are no dis likes but persons make scapegoat to save their skin which management unnoticed and they loose hard and reliable persons.

It is a leading company in the field of manufacturing motor oils and has a great reputation in Sudan, and the Share market is very large in the Middle East, especially the Sudan branch.

There are no negatives, after war in Sudan as despite the country's condition, it leads the Sudanese market in the Middle East
