I am fortunate to get a role in this organization, despite seeing some fake negative reviews, I went ahead after listening to the CEO and HR. As promised currently working as a Lead firmware engineer, since 2 years I am not finding any negatives. Great work culture, cooperative managers and also happy that they sponsored my H1 visa to USA.

As 2020 has been rough for everybody and it affected business of Fubeus as well. The best part was, they did cut salary of employees having more than 30k but they hold all employees in this tough situation.

Management will keep motivating you only through speeches.

Dislikes

1) Stingy Management. 2) Lacks planning and vision, basically a consultancy. 3) Micro management. 4) You will be on a toss once you come back from Client. 5) Appraisals will keep on getting delayed for unknown reasons. 6) Variable component payouts will always be delayed from a quarter to a year.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
