No good environment. No salary raise at all even after 1.5 years of hard work. More people leaving company than joining. Work hours are almost full day without any compensation. Not at all good environment. I had to leave company because of work hours and no compensation

Ftcash feels like family. Open culture, excellent job security, employee friendly environment and policies, good work ethics. Management is extremely considerate about employee concerns and is open to implement new innovative ideas and readily adopts to change. Very supportive seniors who are always accessible for discussions.

Office culture is not good they are doing partiality and they doing some nonsense things which I don't like please do something good things which can help you to develop your business there are some Shahid tl who is the fake he was thinking he was intelligent bro you are not for this man I leave my job he was mailed to hr coz I was coming late in office for one time and he always reached late to office that will be fine ..I suggest you guys don't go there they having some team they abusing us

Likes nothing pls dont join the company especially dsa channel bcoz tey dont give payout to dsa and only takes files from them and roam with 3 to 4 lenders and dont have control on them .wat tey say tey listen no relook of cases Seniors block thier nos and dont respond also tey dont even help in talking to them

... person handling the channel is not from same filed and has lack of knowledge He is fooling management and paid heavily and is a job eater and hold salary for poor sales people
