They are calling you for interview and just wasted the time. They have a so many clause that if you are not able to complete your targets so they don't give you salary. Director of the company is too rude. Overal experience during the interview is worst. Don't go for the interview.

There are no financial incentives for my job profile. There is no job security and career growth opportunity is nil. No work-life balance for this job.

My office environment is good, my team mates all are supportive to working with me , we are sharing knowledge of each and every issues with team.

Management is not good , there don't know how to managing the working environment like roster maintenance, project maintenance, employees responsibility
