Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salaru hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Team leads didn't treat everyone as equally. They are having more partiality. They are targeting specific associate and hurting them infront of all. They usually use the word as "get out from this organization". So we are losing our hope😞😞

If you do your work properly there be any hustle bustle.

Dislikes

There will be a lot of times your requirements won't be taken care off citing business requirement while other people would be getting the same benifit. The more good and punctual you are,the more you would be put into work.

I learned about how to do the team work with the people, Selected the needy people in villages for their needs in sanitation and Interaction in village people.

Sometimes they are changing the Happy move camp schedule and the programs.

Its Very Employee Friendly company they Knew How to Make happy thier Employee with lots of incentive and plan, Good Environment, friendly behavior of management 1 to 1 relationship and Give attention to your work and give lots of training so you can grow your skills too.

Dislikes

Some Time Give More Pressure.. and PIP process was not good.
