1. Salary and compensation (benefits) is bit average as per industry. 2. Below average medical policy 3. Joined the his year only but seems like people haven’t got their last year appraisals and bonuses.

...to manage your own travel after late working hours with no security provided. Appraisals are delayed and bonus payments happen almost 6-12 months from committed dates.

...ic work culture. bosses are workoholic. Only expecting everything from employee. No appraisal, no bonus, no increment. Favoritism. Too much work pressure. Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.
