While I enjoy working at FROQ, one area I believe could improve is Communication. Flat Organisation and communication are open to employees and management, employees can easily approach the management and share their opinions. Scope for learning and development, also the company encourages employees to try out new things and be more creative. Everyone shares their knowledge with each other on their platform and learn from each other. work-Life balance and importance are given to employees' health, safety and environment.

The time i joined froq is one the best company, the structure is flat, you can approach anything towards the management easily, if your view is correct they too accept you
