Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

One of the worst companies to work with no job security, pathetic employee management skills and ridiculous company policies you never heard of. Never join the company if you want peace of mind.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about Froogal, product has so many issues and doesn't work properly. Customers keeps complaining and no one is happy with Froogal.
