... 3 hours talktime is kra. Super liars. It's been 10 days I had left the company. I haven't received my salary till now. No notice period.

They give good salary to the employees. After I left the job, they gave me my pending amount on time.

Seniors, managers as well as the teammates are not at all helpful and cooperative. Their strategy keeps on changing frequently which makes it difficult for the employees to work with a particular strategy which they are used to and which they are perfect at. They pressurize the employees to work according to the new strategy which changes daily. They keep on changing the price of the product. For example - the product which is of two thousand rupees today, they will pressurise the employee to sell that product for rupees ten thousand , the very next day. Seniors are very ill-mannered who thinks of themselves as the boss of the company. The employers told me to work for twelve hours and pressurized me to work for fourteen hours.

1. Changes in rules in every 2days 2. all finance partner run away 3. no salw on leads and manager pressurised for refferal sale or always tell to buy product from ur own salary

Good learning.multiple training sessions held to help BDAs.Permanent WFH.Frontow doesn't cuts salary in the basis of talktime like other companies do in the same field.They even give full salary at the time of OJT.Managers are cooperative.

As a startup, you can learn new things and how to handle pressure, and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

Dislikes

No job security, manager forced to achieve daily Target, manager call till 11:00 pm for sales, hectic job, they push to call 150 calls and achieve minimum 2 hr of talk time with one sale, after a month every day feels like a hell👹, you notice that thing at some point you think what you do with your life.
