It was a great plat form to learn more thjngs related in logistics field.and its have a friendly atmosphere. Colleagues and management are very cooperative with me.

Dislikes

Nothing have to dislike. But the salary package is very poor.

Terrible Management, dont support the staffs at all, no job security, no system management.

Compensation is very bad, Partiality to some employees, by the director. no good decision makers. advice to all please dont select Frontline

There are very good team mates in many departments in the company and many of them are very sincere & dedicated, especially down the level staff.

Dislikes

No proper hierarchy set by the top management & hence no respect to the managers ( middle management & below) including senior managers. No proper work flow set with different desks such as sales, customer service, operations, documentation & accounts and there is no check points on each jobs until it reaches accounts without proper supporting docs mostly.
