very poor culture, workers are non co operative, no pf Esi insurance for employees, when I was put resignation they hold it for a long time without any reason or dispute. I was suffering too much to join another company after giving repeated request.

You can get a job over there anytime. That's the only good thing there.

No goals, no vision, no one knows what exactly they want specially the top management. Forget employees even the partner companies wonder how can a company run like this. They will tell you anything to meet the target. Horrible place to work.

The top departments appear to be somewhat delusional because they seem to lack an understanding of how the modern market and business work. There seems to be visible poor judgment and a lack of vision from the company director. He needs to check his attitude and learn how to behave like a professional.
