Pay disparity - Freshers are being paid the similar to what the 2-3 year experienced are been paid. People won't mind freshers being paid good but the experienced people should get some deserved value. Company is good but they do not stick to their processes or goals. They keep on hopping from one goal to another goal. There's nobody upto whom you will look upto as an inspiration. Although their primary goal is advisory but then end up sticking with sales targets. Happy with people but disappointed with the work culture.

Dislikes

No salary increment during 1 year and 8 months of employment. Excessive favoritism affecting career growth and recognition. Lack of proper policies, leading to confusion and inconsistency in management decisions. Delayed Full and Final (FnF) payment; still not received after 80 days of leaving the company.

One thing I can definately say, Fintoo is a perfect place to start your career. I started working with this company 10 years back, when I started my career and since then I'm stick to this because of the culture and work satisfaction. The management of the company is great, In Fintoo i never felt a corporate like culture where people suffer with bad policies and politics. Leaders and mentors are personally taking interest in their people growth. I can proudly say what I am today its because of the grooming and growth what Fintoo has provided me.

I am working at Fintoo since the last 6 years and it is the best place to work at in my opinion. Here it is easy to approach other department heads and everyone is quite supportive of one another. I would strongly recommended people to join Fintoo especially if you have just started your career because the place presents ample opportunities to learn & grow.

The HR team should do get-togethers and fun activities in the office more frequently.
