Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Here there is a lot of focus on knowledge and skill enhancement. And this will definitely be very useful for me to move forward in my life. So I love working here. When I joined Fronius in 2019, my knowledge in welding field was very less. Fronius has been a foundation in my life in the field of welding work.

There is no reason for that.

There is no job security in Fronius India. They usually hire people according to their caste and try to manage in such a way that atlast other employee should resign. There is no such good thing I can talk about Fronius

Dislikes

Management is poor. Think so the MD should resign first than and than only fronius will touch it's height of success. MD is interested in people's personal life which is very much offensive. And that is how fronius has screwed every employee life

Nothing as such is there that you like as the senior team is not have clear goal setting there objective is to do billing only and no relevance to customer relations building.
