Here there is a lot of focus on knowledge and skill enhancement. And this will definitely be very useful for me to move forward in my life. So I love working here. There is no job security in Fronius India. They usually hire people according to their caste and try to manage in such a way that atlast other employee should resign. There is no such good thing I can talk about Fronius

Management is poor. Think so the MD should resign first than and than only fronius will touch it's height of success. MD is interested in people's personal life which is very much offensive. And that is how fronius has screwed every employee life
