1. Overall Rating is Excellent: The company has a good reputation. It leaves me satisfied. 2. Work-Life-Balance: Work and personal life remain perfectly balanced, which is important. 3. Job Security: If you are doing great things will be fine. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, which I appreciate very much. 5. Satisfaction with the job: I like my work and have a good sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. 6. Company Culture: It is friendly, and there is support here from the co-founders also. It is nice to be around here.

1. The people are really friendly and helpful. It feels like working with friends! 2. I Love that i can learn new things everyday. it keeps my work interesting. 3. The work environment is relaxed, and i don't feel stressed out. 4. i enjoy the freedom to share my ideas, and they are actually listened to! 5. The company trusts me to manage my tasks without micromanaging, which feels great. 6. it's cool that i get to work on meaningful projects that make a difference. 7. structured feedback on work 8. multiple breaks a day and team outing.

Dislikes

1. At times, juggling multiple tasks can get overwhelming. 2. Sometimes expectations aren't clearly communicated.

Likes

Helping and understanding team members and managers. Managers always make sure that the employee is working on his or her skill sets which is really very beneficial. You can learn a lot here. Also company culture is very nice. You don't feel any working stress or burden here, the work life balance is good.

Dislikes

QA team should have more members. Working at different projects is sometimes very difficult and exhausting. It can be improved in froiden.
