The only pros are that the tech team is relatively unaffected by toxic culture due to a good cto and there's lot to learn and contribute working with supportive and nice folks within the team, also compensation is great and appraisals are good too, probably that's what running the company

...all the founding employees have left the company one by one with a bitterness With a good salary you have to deal with a bad product, politics and work life balance with poor culture, the whole company just feels like a pump and dump scheme where the leadership has no respect, empathy or care for the employees HR is a non supportive puppet who will always choose her own security over her duties, never trust their words, get things in written. Go through play store reviews, instagram posts before making a decision. The product and the company is definitely not as its marketed Only interns who stayed for short duration and didn't see the reality seem to submit good reviews

No respect to the employees.. Pathetic management.. Terminate people within a month after hiring because of high salary.. I suggest not to opt this kind of companies..

False and fraudulent businesses They are only conducting fictitious hirings; avoid going in person. They will hire you, and once their work is completed, they will fire you without telling you—instead, they will merely send you a Whats App message. Few folks are good for reaching out but inturn no help from them.

The HR is worthless. They make the employee feel terrible. You'll keep reaching out to schedule calls but they won't get back ever and then will blame all on you "there was no delay at our end, everything from yours", ignoring all the mails you've been consistently sending them. Pathetic work culture and people, specially HR team. Wouldn't recommend anyone even thinking of applying for this startup
