...en through. The company kills your mental peace and give anxiety and depression. I have face this situation and specially during salary, they will try there level best to cut amount even without any reason. Owner behaviour is worst🙏

There is no loyalty with employees and they never give salary on time. It's an totally college based assignment job. I don't know why the company is register with the IT Domain and although they even go for Engineer colleges to hire technical students. They never provide WFH even for a one day in a year

In this company, I have learned so many good things like work life balance and good interaction with people that is the major achievement I think one can get while working here.

Dislikes

Boss is somewhat argumentive and sometimes want to control everyone's actions which I think is the major loophole in the company.
