Your manager will give u other departments work and using abusive language and whatever you have skill in your previous company you will forget after coming in this company. Special finance department.

Company provide salary every users in lock down... Salary system is very good company provide salary in time...

There is a lots of politics in Aurangabad, manegment is worst. Company should transfer seniers to other plant who has completed his lots of year in mother plant. Management taking new supervisor in higher pay..that's not good

Allana Aurangabad management is very bad. No job security, no growth, work presure is so high , 12 hours duty, no transportation provided by company, No food provided by company, no ther benifits except health insurance, Higher management doesnt address your issues and yearly increament is very low, Seneirs behaviour is very all time they abuse and shout for work.

...r are very supportive. Company organize cricket game and locale trip every year. Company policies are to good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year.
