No job security, not satisfiable salary, managers do not value an individual's unique strength, which is whybi have to take back my suggestions most of the times, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks had to guide me step by step and that was very frustrating

This company is like a pressure cooker there is no salary growth ànd working culture is very bad and there is totally castism.
