Teammates are very good, nice environment, work environment is also good.

Dislikes

No job security, not satisfiable salary, managers do not value an individual's unique strength, which is whybi have to take back my suggestions most of the times, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks had to guide me step by step and that was very frustrating

The culture is not very developing. All work is done considering that today is the last day, no thoughts are given for tomorrow. No motivation, people’s are full of sarcasm and everybody is busy pulling others legs.

This company is like a pressure cooker there is no salary growth ànd working culture is very bad and there is totally castism.

Dislikes

On the name of salary growth they are changing the person for example Plant head change quality head in 2022on there personal issues.
