I started my career with FMTI as a fresher and still I'm working here, i feel here like home away from home. People here are really supportive and helpful. The work environment and work culture is really good, happy people and happy place. The frequent feedback regarding work from my Manager helps me to learn, learning from our mistakes. The opportunities I'm getting here to learn and do the things are really amazing, as a fresher I got great opportunity.

I have worked in this company for 1.5 years. When I informed the company about maternity leave, I was constantly tortured. They kept asking me to resign and leave the company. The moment I went for my maternity leave, they relieved me from the company. They are very partial, they have let lot of my colleagues work from home but when I was in need they denied and made me feel helpless.

The company's commitment to prioritizing data driven decisions is commendable. One aspect that impressed me is the company's data-infrastructure. They have established robust data collection mechanisms and implemented efficient data storage and processing systems. I also had the opportunity to work with the company's UK team, and I have to mention that my experiences with the team was truly memorable.
