Long working hours, more than 15 hours per days without acknowledgment of work, compensatory off and no pay for overtime 4. Senior leadership is worst 5. No growth for career 6. No good learning opportunity 7. Zero work life balance 8. Increments are very bad 9. It is very difficult to take leaves because of rude Managers amd senior leadership 10. No support from organisation and team if employee suffers from some injury 11. Mental torture and harassment

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Worst management Salary delay, 5-6 of every month Whatever benefits mentioned on the ambition box here are wrong. There is no benefit except salary that too they decrease at any point of time saying company have rights. No communication with management, no transparency. You will never get reply from Hr. Overall worst company to work with becuase of very poor management.

Hr are beggars, they won't disclose important details like hike cycle or salary, if you join after September no hike next year, salary credits on 5th of every month, working hours 13-14 hrs, rude managers, no benefits..
