Following up with HR means working at a Govt organisation. Very slow at process and delay in response.

Everything was great from joining to leaving. I enjoyed every single day, never felt hectic or bored about the work to do. The colleagues I've had are great and never had any issues with any of them. Work culture as well is good, always had a good event for every festival. We did not have any fixed timing or shifts as well, that was the best part.

Dislikes

Growth. Loved everything except the salary extension, of course we cannot expect too much as well. The notice period is a bit too much.

Offsite parties which is held to keep up their employees to keep away from actual issue.

Dislikes

Operations are literally very very bad, but they put extreme pressure on sales team to bring out business & funding which is unethical. Everytime they are raising funds and pressure is led on to sales team. Please check on hiring and dishiring rates from Freyr energy, dishiring rates are on par which indicates that the company extremely lacks maturity and are politically led.

I having 8 years of experience in different industries but this was the wost company of my life. If someone want to enter in solar industry for them it's good one but you didn't survive long time in this company.
