HR department Is worst HR deputy manager and assistant hr manager play hard politics and ruin admin names in front of leaders...no process flow...if you sit late then only u r working their expectations are to come early and go late. Front desk Admin role is really tough here because of HR department is not supportive at all.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One of bad thing Most of Regional manager from starting from organisation they are having personal job security behaviour and created bad politics in team. partiality in team,dictatorship for team and distributor so many things are showing selfish behaviour

Company in skills development and exposure to new things is good. Company will provide everything necessary for training for in-house and also for external training. They motivate employees to be more innovative.

Dislikes

Company provide good growth, but for specifically for quality department the growth is slow. For other departments the employees get good increments and promotions also
