Company is good for freshers and experienced peoples.but coming to the role of junior this company is not the right choice because work is fully relaxed so career growth will be less due to less work.

Dislikes

Initial salary is good but Increment will be less(According to the market today). Around 10-14 % maximum. But if you are looking for a safe zone or relaxed work this is the absolute place you are looking for.

I appreciated the collaborative and supportive environment provided by the team at Freston Analytics .Their assistance was invaluable and greatly contributed to my professional growth and project success.

One aspect i disliked about working at Freston Analytics was that despite contributing to several projects , not a single one was delivered .This was frustrating as it feels likemy efforts did not translate into tangible outcomes for the company

Saturday and sunday off provides work life balance here and company culture is good for working. Colleagues are very co-operative

Job security is very poor. Recently they lay off more than 50 peoples at a time. Business are not well rooted. Lack of experienced management system
