... is very negative. The managers in the company do not know how to handle things.They are able to do more work than their salary. There is no growth. The attitude of the managers in this company is very negative. The manager does not even know how to talk to his employees.There is no increment in salary. There are absolutely no chances of promotion. There is a lot of politics in the office.would just like to say this. Is it not at all nice to work in this office because you are mentally tortured in this office.If you go to talk about promotion or salary increment, they threaten you. We will fire you from your job.Very unprofessional managers have been hired in this company.Managers get all their work done by their employees and report this to the head office, they done this work.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
