Very partical company in terms of people and promotions and increments No set rules for people Rule change as per the liking towards people Very poor in recoganizing people’ s efforts in work if they are not in thier liking list Not worth the trust and comitment as this needs to be on both side and not only the employe side Do not pay and no increaments on time
