Dislikes

DSM behaviour is ridiculous. Once you not achieved the target you will loss your job by next day. In open meeting they will threatened you to terminate. After that ASM will asking for resignation.

...thogh i told HR that 3months expences are pending i got only 2months expences That too i dont know i my salary has been deducted soo much in settlement Im not satisfied i dint got my answer also proper hence forth i just aprooved even thogh i dint got much The amount which i had to recieve is 38k After deduction its 20k I dont know how it can be so much of difference Regards Faizan Shariff H

Big difference in salary structure all employee. HR management is careless I'm making difference between employees. Higher management is not facing equally all employees. Pressurize har shop floor employees.
