Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is nothing to talk about. It's a garbage company!

Dislikes

1) Filthy micromanagement 2) No job security as they fire anybody anytime from their jobs 3) Too much work pressure - Working for 14-15 hrs a day is a norm here 4) No growth opportunities - This is a 14 yrs old company with only 15 employees and 2 clients. The company is a shit! 5) Selective favouritism for certain senior senior employees and discrimination with other employees 6) Life becomes hell after joining this company.
